Engineer of Record We provide a full range of structural engineering design services including steel and reinforced concrete.  On precast concrete projects, we are able to utilize our extensive knowledge of the precast industry to assist the design team with in-depth issues. Design-build As a team member on design-build projects, we are able to reduce the overall engineering costs by doing both the permit and shop drawings, thus eliminating a duplication of effort. Investigative Services Losch Engineering is often called upon to investigate both performance and failure problems related to building structures, cladding, architectural components or connections.  We pride ourselves on providing safe, cost-effective solutions.
